MATCH DETAILS:
For the second time in history, the Wales squad has made it to the final of the continental football tournament, in which the best European teams will determine the new champion. The Dragons managed to get four wins in eight rounds of qualification for Euro 2020 and drew two times, which brought 14 points. The gap from the first Croatia was only three points, while the British team managed to get ahead of Slovakia, Hungary and Azerbaijan. Ryan Giggs’ wards confidently represented their country in the last draw of the League of Nations, where the team never lost in six rounds, while conceding only one goal. This result brought 16 points and a ticket to League A.
The Swiss national team successfully passed the qualification stage for Euro 2020, in which they managed to come out on top. Wards of Vladimir Petkovich won five in eight rounds and ended one match in a draw, while on average they scored 2.5 goals against their opponents. In the League of Nations, the team retained its registration in the top division, but did not do it on the field. In the last match, a court decision was considered a technical defeat for the Ukrainian national team, which saved the “paper team” from relegation.
